SUBJECT: Special Housing Advisory Committee Meeting on October 5,2005

The City Attorney has advised that there will need to be a special meeting of the
Housing Advisory Committee for the Capistrano Terrace Mobile Home Park rent
increase hearing. The meeting will be held on October 5, 2005 at 7 p.m. in the City
Council Chambers. Please mark you calendars to attend this very important special
meeting.
Please note that there will not be a Housing Advisory Committee meeting on
September 28, 2005. After the October special meeting, the next regularly
scheduled meeting of the Housing Advisory Committee will be October 26, 2005 at 7
p.m. to conduct the annual reorganization (selection of chairperson and vice-
chairperson) and to provide a summary of the housing programs. The reorganization
has not yet been completed due to lack of a quorum on August 24, 2005.
