A. CALL TO ORDER - Member Knorre called the meeting to order at 7:OO p.m. +
B. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS - None
C. MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 21.2002 - The minutes of November 21,2002 were
approved as submitted.
D. MINUTES OF MAY 21.2003 - The minutes of May 21, 2003 were approved as
submitted.
E. NEW BUSINESS
Housing Prourams Status Report - Ms. Adolphson provided a brief status report on
the Rental Subsidy Program, the grant expenditures for the 1999,2001 and 2002
HOME Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation and First-Time Home Buyer
programs, and the proposed multi-family affordable housing rental project. Details
on the status of these projects is included within the staff report. The Committee
received and filed the report. The Committee members requested copies of the
rental subsidy program quarterly reports, and staff indicated they would be mailed
out to the committee members.

H. ADJOURNMENT - There being no further business, the chairman adjourned the
