In return the property owner would save any potential legal claims against the City for soil slide damages in the area on the property known as the Avocado Slide." In addition, the property ownerwill grant rights-of-way and rights -of -entry for roadway, utility and other infrastructure improvements on the property and will grant a right-of- way for a public street. The Agreement does not commit the City to any specific subdivision design layout at this time.
